Breast Lift w/ Fat Transfer

This 24-year-old woman lost one hundred pounds after a gastric sleeve procedure. After her weight loss stabilized at one year, she desired lifting of her breasts without implants. In the after photos she is two months after bilateral mastopexies with a wise pattern, superomedial pedicle (blood supply to the nipple) and 100 cc of fat grafting to the upper poles of the breasts. She started out with a full B cup and post-operatively she is a small C cup. She's extremely happy and loves her new breasts! In another few months we are going to do another fat transfer to the upper poles to increase the volume even more. Fat transfer to the breast is a great adjunct to a breast lift (mastopexy) to help with upper breast fullness when you don't want an implant. Many weight loss patients think that they cannot have a beautiful outcome without an implant, but as you can see that is not the case. As long as she has donor sites, we can repeat the fat transfer procedure every three months. On the first procedure, the volume take is about fifty percent but in every subsequent procedure, the volume take percentage increases leading to even better results as the fat builds on itself.
