Comprehensive Post Op Care
Treating my patients doesn’t stop in the OR. A huge component of all surgeries is continued, personalized, and comprehensive post-op care catered to each individual patient. One facet of post-op care is the importance of comfort and safety while using compression garments after a breast lift, particularly being conscious of not harming the incision lines. Additionally, we use the Aspen Ultrasound System to help speed up postoperative recovery. It decreases swelling and bruising in the surgical areas and is a great added benefit after liposuction, tummy tucks, face and neck lifts, and all of the other procedures that we perform. It also breaks up scar tissue, and there is a component that provides electrical stimulation for lymphatic drainage.
