Abdominoplasty with Rectus Plication

Procedure Details

This fifty-seven year-old Calabasas woman had always had a great waist but after childbearing she had stretching of her deep abdominal wall and a rectus diastasis (separation of rectus muscles.) On the right she is three months after abdominoplasty with rectus plication and liposuction of her flanks. Her incision is low enough that she is able to hide it and wears a bikini for the first time in twenty years, and wishes that she had had this done earlier in life.
