Bilateral breast lift and fat transfer

Procedure Details

This thirty year-old woman had a history of tuberous breasts that were never teardrop-shaped. The pictures on the right are seven weeks after mastopexy (breast lift) and fat transfer from her chest wall to her breasts, and liposuction of her chest wall on the sides and under the arms. The lift was done with a supero-medial pedicle for nipple blood supply and a Wise pattern incision, which goes around the nipple, up and down, and across underneath at the inframammary crease. The liposuction on the sides helped contour her breasts and give them a more youthful shape.
