This is a twenty-three (23) year-old woman from Agoura Hills who had developed Baker III capsular contracture after a prior breast augmentation. She had severe deformity of the breasts. She had had a tuberous breast deformity prior to the breast augmentation, which was not addressed with the first surgery. In the right side pictures she is one year after removal of her previous 400 cc high profile smooth round Mentor implants, bilateral capsulectomies, and replacement with bilateral 400 cc textured high profile Mentor implants and placement of bilateral Strattice cadaveric pig skin internally to line the pockets to prevent recurrence of the contracture. This was done through her original periareolar incisions. Scoring of the lower pole of her breasts was performed internally to treat the tuberous deformity.
