I recently had a "mommy makeover" with Dr. Trott. I've always worked out hard and eaten healthy food, but as a mom of two boys, working full time, I was not happy with how my body looked. Dr. Trott performed a breast reduction with a lift as well as some liposuction around my abdominal area and back. Dr. Trott had been recommended to me by a friend who also happens to be a surgical nurse, and I trusted her recommendation and I'm so glad I did. This procedure literally changed my whole attitude and increased my confidence tremendously. I used to hide my breasts with baggy shirts and minimizer bras. I had neck and shoulder pain constantly. Those issues have completely disappeared. My husband always said he loved me and looked great all the time, but now, he says I look like I did before I had our children and he's thrilled. The only thing I'm disappointed with is that it took me so long to make this decision.

Honestly, one of the best plastic surgeons out there. She delivers exactly what she says she can. No fluff-just the truth. Surgery went perfectly and results early on look AMAZING. She is a perfectionist by nature and that isn’t a bad thing Patient for life. And her front office- Leticia- what a gal. Sweet, communicates and actually follows up and responds to emails. My Boobs Look Youthful Again! - Disclaimer: I am a plastic surgery nurse. I work with MANY different surgeons. I could have asked any number of surgeons to do my breasts. I chose Dr Suzanne Trott and I couldn't be happier with my results! I had 650 cc silicone implants put through my armpits 10 years ago. Over the past decade I developed severe capsules (scar tissue) around both implants, making my boobs hard and misshapen. I asked Dr Trott to perform a breast lift while removing my silicone implants and replacing them with slightly smaller saline implants. It was A LOT of work. She discussed with me all the risks involved. After a full day in surgery, I came out with the most BEAUTIFUL breasts I could ever imagine! The size and shape is PERFECT, exactly what I wanted (high nipple, still round and full). The incisions are so tiny and flat that even at 3 weeks I barely notice them. I had MINIMAL pain because she uses a very expensive, long lasting injected pain medication at the end of the surgery called "Exparel" (it's like $400 a vial and makes a HUGE difference in post op pain and discomfort - most docs don't use it because it's so pricey) The part that hurt the most was the lipo she did near my underarms (you know that gross "bra fat"? Yeah, I didn't even think to request this, she just threw it in and said it would make a huge difference. She was right!) I am SO HAPPY I chose Dr Trott! Not only is she an excellent surgeon, but she LISTENS to you and doesn't make you feel stupid or inferior for asking questions. And honestly, even though I know plenty of amazing male plastic surgeons, there's something really lovely about having a female surgeon work on your breasts. Dr Trott feels like a bestie after a few visits (warning, you will want to chat like a long-lost girlfriend with her, visits can get lengthy, plan accordingly LOL) I have definitely recommended Dr Trott to other friends and will go to her again, without hesitation, for any future surgery needs!

Dr. Suzanne Trott is to the human body what Michelangelo was to marble. She is a master of both the science and art of body sculpting. Dr. Trott performed extensive lipo for me, and I am amazed at the results. I am a 55 year old woman. I am active and pretty athletic. And sure, my body looks better than it has in 15 years, but one of my favorite things about my results is the balance and elegance of my movement with a better balanced body. My thighs and belly had grown disproportionately larger-- due to gravity and perhaps the natural redistribution that happens with aging. I wish I could give Dr. Trott 20 stars. She is not only the most incredible doctor I’ve ever met, but a wonderful and genuine human being. I’ve had two major surgeries with her. The first was to remove a large benign lipoma tumor that she was able to take out without even leaving a scar. The second was breast reconstruction and fat graphing. I had another tumor in my breast that doubled in size. I had never been through surgery before these 2 tumors grew and was terrified to go under the knife. Dr. Trott made all my fears and worries disappear. She listens to all your concerns and makes recommendations that suit exactly what you want. Not to mention, she is an actual an artist. For having two large tumors take over, Dr. Trott left me looking even better than before!! My breasts are so natural looking no one would ever know I went through reconstruction. BEST, MOST COMPASSIONATE AND EFFECTIVE PLASTIC SURGEON IN BH I cannot say enough about Dr. Trott, and if I could give her more than five stars I would! I have had two procedures with her, and if it is in the cards I may have more in the future. I was referred to her by one of those hush-hush face guys who has been in the biz 40 years via word of mouth and teaches at UCLA for a surgeon who does breast augmentation. He could have referred me to anyone, but Suzanne Trott is his pick. She is the opposite of your classic arrogant big-headed in a hurry male surgeons many of us have consulted with. She takes all the time the patient requires, no matter how long, she is sweet, down to earth, hands-on (rather than having her assistant do most of the patient contact!), answers every question, performs every part of the pre and post care herself, and is so approachable and real and as much like a female friend as a skilled surgeon that you will be too spoiled to deal with your typical So Cal arrogant, big-headed, in a hurry, cookie cutter male surgeon ever again. You will not get cookie cutter breasts or anything else with Dr. Trott. She considers each patients' desires and anatomy and takes into account what the patient desires, rather than giving each patient the "Trott special." Dr. Trott's primary concern is patient satisfaction and outcome, and to that end she puts in many extra hours that most other plastic surgeons would never consider involving themselves to make sure the outcome is perfect and the patient is perfectly satisfied and all our fears are dealt with and resolved. I have never met a doctor of any specialty who gave so much emotional energy and time to each individual patient and procedure, and who was so personally hands-on. I doubt I will ever patronize a surgeon who covers the procedures that Dr. Trott covers, and if I needed a referral I would ask her first! Book a consultation with Dr. Trott. It's only been four weeks since my surgery and I cannot stop raving about Dr. Trott. She did an amazing job for me. I had a breast lift with small implants 25 years ago. She took out the implants and did a breast reduction (I had put on a significant amount of weight since then), she did a ton of lip around my midriff and back, and she redid my tummy tuck scar and cut off some sagging skin. It was a BIG surgery. After one hard week, I already looked amazing, after four weeks, I look better, and I know I will continue to look better. My breasts are almost all healed. I met Dr. Trott through a mutual friend who thought I might be a good candidate for a thread lift. I felt a bit apprehensive about the procedure until Suzanne explained the process, answered my questions, and encouraged my feedback at every stage. My level of discomfort would be much higher had my surgeon been a male stranger poking around in that area. Not only is Dr. Trott a stellar surgeon, the plus that she is female and not at all intimidating make her the perfect choice for surgeries in intimate areas and of an intimate nature. As a doctor I get asked all the time who I would recommend my patients to see. This past fall I was diagnosed with breast cancer and I became the patient asking that very question of my doctor. I got several names and did my due diligence in getting multiple consults. I prayed the Lord would get me through this ordeal and part of that was to undergo reconstructive surgery. The moment I met Dr Trott I knew I had found the perfect plastic surgeon! During a frightening time of uncertainty and reservation about my health, she was able to convey a calm and competent demeanor that I knew would guide me with a compass of compassion and honesty. I was frightened about how my body would look after a bilateral mastectomy. I have seen some pretty terrible reconstructions during my medical career. I had originally gone to a different surgeon for my first breast augmentation and had THE WORST experience. From start to finish everything just felt so impersonal and wrong, and the results were terrible. I don't even know where to really start, but Dr Trott and Addy are freaking amazeballs. I'm BRCA2 positive, and Dr Trott oversaw the entire breast reconstruction process after my double mastectomy. I'm not only thrilled with the results, but I'm happy that I had a surgeon who didn't treat me like "one more boob job". I traveled all the way from Sacramento for her hands specifically. Who would have thought that tissue expanding would be so fun? ;) Again, she is great at pain management, whether she was removing a drain or filling the expander port, she was always sure to numb the area before doing any procedure. I never felt any discomfort during these visits, which I heard can be unpleasant. The exchange surgery was quick and easy. I cannot recommend Dr. Trott enough! She is a wonderful person and an incredible surgeon. I am beyond happy with my cosmetic results and had the best experience with her over the past year! I have nothing but good things to say! From the minute I walked into her office, to the time I left, I felt like Dr Trott genuinely cared for me every time. I have been to her for a few different treatments and all of them have turned out amazing! I ask a lot of questions and never once did she seem bothered or annoyed which I know that sometimes can happen with Dr's. She explained everything to me so that I felt completely comfortable to move foward. I had several questions about a procedure that i wanted to do and she told me what she thought I need and also what I didn't, even though I wanted it. That honesty goes a long way in my book! Excellent, Caring Physician - I did a lot of research and spoke with several doctors before deciding to have Dr. Trott perform my liposuction and breast lift. I'm middle-aged and after three children I wanted the "mommy make-over" to get back the body I previously had. My surgery was a few years ago, and everything still looks great. I was particularly impressed with the amount of time Dr. Trott spent with me before, immediately after, and in after-care follow up visits. She truly cares about her patients, and her goal is to help you look the way you want to look. She is extremely sensitive to patients not wanting to look like the had "work" done, so her focus is on natural sculpting. She is honest, very knowledgeable, and an excellent surgeon. I would definitely recommend her to anyone without reservation.

I have had botox two times prior to seeing Dr. Trott. I am young but I do not like the 11 that shows up between my brows. The last few times I had it done it didn’t look natural and it felt frozen. However Trott was a completely different experience, I loved the way my forehead looked and it was still natural. HIGHLY HIGHLY recommend her!!!

The Me I Always Wanted - Beverly Hills, CA - I had a breast reduction many years ago and was very thin but had some pockets if unwanted fat in flanks and thighs and was getting "deflated" in my breasts. Dr. Trott transformed my body and my confidence by lipo-ing the horrific fat and transferring it to by breasts to reshape and fill them! It went better than expected! A real win-win! It's been almost a year and I still have the right amount of fat remaining in my breasts! She's an artist and a wonderful human being! Top notch and highly recommended!!!!

Just Great - Beverly Hills, CA - In October of this year I was diagnosed with breast cancer. Invasive lobular carcinoma is what it is called. I was in total shock me having breast cancer. There were no warning signs at all never was sick nothing to let me know I had cancer. I found it myself while on vacation Labor Day week. After all the tests then it was finding doctors for my condition. I found a great surgeon who gave me the bad news that this cancer had invaded my whole breast and had spread to my lymph nodes. My whole beast had to be removed as soon as possible I had no time to wait. I should of had surgery yesterday the doctor told me.So I had read where you could have reconstruction done at the same time as you lost your breast. So this is how I met Dr T my surgeon said he knew someone who might could help me. So he set up an appointment with us and I met her on a Friday my surgery was on the next Wednesday. Time was of the essence for me. Dr T and I talked and I asked her please could she help me because I just couldn't lose my breast without the reconstruction done at the same time that was the only way at the time I could deal with losing apart of my body and dealing with the cancer at the same time.I needed the reconstruction started .There was a condition I had to stop smoking cigarettes which I did as soon as I left her office I have not smoked since. I had smoked for twenty years and she was the only one to get me to quit and for good. I really wanted her to be my surgeon.She gave me all of the pro's and con to this kind of surgery and that she could do this and I would be just fine. And I was and I still am. The day of the surgery I was emotional I was losing apart of my body but also the beginning of a new and better breast than I had before. My surgery was only suppose to be five hours it turn out to be nine and half hours. There was more cancer in my lymph nodes than they thought so it went longer . From 1:00 pm util 9:30pm was my surgery. I got back to my room around 11:30 pm I remember see Dr T and I said you wait for me. I know she was tired but she wanted to make sure I was alright. I just stared to cry because I am so grateful to Dr. T for every she has done and said to me during this difficult time. My reconstruction is just great we are not finish yet but I just love the way it is turning out I had no problems at all no side effects nothing.All I can say is that it has been outstanding work I am so please with the out come of this I can't wait to see the finish one. I am just starting my chemo but after that we will be finishing my reconstruction.

My husband and I met with Dr.Trott to hear the lowdown on the specifics of what was to be done, how I could expect to look and the amount of time for surgery and recovery. Estimated time of surgery was approximately 5 hours from prep, start and recovery. My husband liked her secure confidence as well as her explaination of the procedure. When operating on me, Dr. Trott discovered that my previous ruptured breast implant had not been cleaned out thoroughly by the other docotr from 10 years before. She had to remove a lot more tissue than previously thought, so my surgery ended up being a repair, removal and a replacement! No one knew this until they were operating and so another 5 hours were added onto my surgery!Dr. Trott and her team never left my side. They did not eat, snack or have a glass of water for 10 hours straight. They were dedicated to making sure that all the mess from before was removed and that I was cared for properly.Today, I look amazing and have had an outstanding recovery and result.
