Estriol serum · 1.7 oz
Topical estrogen serum
Dr. Trott’sGirl Glow
Skin That Remembers Youth.
- Topical estriol — works with the estrogen receptors already in skin
- Supports firmness, density and hydration over time
- Weightless, fragrance-free, layers under SPF and makeup
What it is built to do
Skin loses estrogen long before it looks like it does.
Firmness
Supports the collagen and elastin architecture that thins as estrogen declines.
Firmness
Estriol signals the receptors already in your skin — structure rebuilt from inside, not painted on.
Hydration
Improves the skin's ability to hold water, so the surface stays plump rather than coated.
Hydration
Water held in the skin, not sealed on top of it. Plump, never greasy.
Texture
Smoother tone and finer texture on the face, neck, décolleté and hands.
Texture
The places that reveal age first are the places this was written for.
Density
Built for skin quality over time — not a temporary surface finish.
Density
A long game: skin that reads healthier at three months than at three days.
The active
Estriol — the gentlest of the estrogens.
Skin is an estrogen-responsive organ. Estriol works with the receptors already present in it, supporting collagen, elasticity and water-holding capacity instead of sitting on the surface. Topical estrogen therapy has been studied for firmness, hydration, texture and wrinkle depth in aging skin.
What it is
A topical estriol (estrogen) serum in a 1.7 oz airless pump.
Who it's for
Skin that is thinning, flattening, drying or losing its light — perimenopause onward.
Where to use it
Face, neck, décolleté and the backs of the hands.
What it isn't
Not a moisturizer, not a fragrance, not a filter. No heavy occlusive finish.

How to use it
Two pumps. Morning and night.
- 01Cleanse and pat dry — the serum absorbs best on bare skin.
- 02Two pumps across face, neck and décolleté. Include the backs of the hands.
- 03Follow with moisturizer at night, sunscreen in the morning.
- 04Give it a full cycle of skin turnover. Firmness builds with use.
From the surgeon who formulated it
“I formulated this estrogen serum because I kept seeing the same thing in my practice: women whose skin had lost its glow, firmness, and softness after hormonal shifts. This is the solution I wanted for them — and for every woman who deserves to feel radiant again.”

Questions, answered
How is this different from a retinol or peptide serum?+
Retinoids and peptides act on the skin's surface machinery. Estriol works at the receptor level — the same estrogen receptors in skin that quietly go unoccupied with age. It is a different lever, and it layers cleanly with the rest of a routine.
How long before I notice something?+
Give it one full cycle of skin turnover — roughly six to eight weeks — before judging it. Hydration and surface quality usually read first; firmness and density build with continued use.
Can I use it with retinol, vitamin C or exfoliating acids?+
Yes. Apply Girl Glow to clean, dry skin first, then layer your actives or moisturizer on top. If your skin is sensitive, alternate retinol nights rather than stopping the serum.
Is it fragranced or greasy?+
Neither. It is fragrance-free and absorbs quickly with no film, which is why it sits comfortably under sunscreen and makeup.
Why an airless pump?+
An airless pump keeps the formula from oxidizing and keeps fingers out of the bottle — the dose stays consistent from the first pump to the last.
Should I speak with a physician first?+
If you have a personal or family history of hormone-sensitive cancer, are pregnant or breastfeeding, review it with your physician before starting any topical estrogen. Our office is happy to discuss it at a consultation.
