Meet Dr. Suzanne A. Trott
Double board-certified Beverly Hills, CA Plastic Surgeon, Dr. Suzanne Trott's goal is to improve the lives of her patients through enhancement of self-esteem. Her passionate approach to plastic surgery combines artistic vision and skill, while fostering a special patient-physician communication in a safe, comfortable, and friendly environment. Dr. Trott is known as the Lipo Queen™ as she works diligently to attain the aesthetic goals of her patients during procedures like liposuction, breast augmentation with implants, tummy tuck, breast augmentation with fat transfer, and injectable wrinkle treatments. As the creator of the innovative VIXEN Shapewear, Dr. Trott is the first female plastic surgeon to design comfortable shapewear for her patients to wear to improve the patient's contours and enhance compression after surgery.
Dr. Trott is board certified in both plastic and general surgery by the American Board of Plastic Surgery and the American Board of Surgery. She currently serves as an Assistant Professor at the University of California, San Diego Medical Center helping the next generation of doctors learn more about plastic and reconstructive surgery. Dr. Trott also is a respected researcher and presenter in the medical field, and has authored and published many articles about her work in plastic and reconstructive surgery.
Education and Training
Dr. Suzanne Trott received her Undergraduate Degree in Biology from Stanford University before earning her Medical Degree from the University of Virginia. Her 9 years of post-graduate surgical training included completion of a general surgery residency at Brookdale University Hospital and Medical Center in New York, NY, a plastic surgery fellowship at the University of California at San Diego, CA and a plastic surgery research fellowship at the University of Texas/Southwestern in Dallas, TX.
Skills and Specialties
Dr. Trott performs plastic and reconstructive surgeries of the breast (augmentation, reconstruction, reduction), skin and face(laser treatments, skin tightening surgeries, natural facial rejuvenation, and nonsurgical cosmetic injectables), and body (particularly liposuction, Mommy Makeover, Menopause Makeover, Brazilian butt lift, and body contouring techniques). She has presented her innovative research on liposculpture (liposuction) at national plastic surgery meetings and has authored multiple publications in plastic surgery literature. Her academic experience complements her extensive clinical plastic surgery training at University of California, San Diego, CA which encompassed all aspects of aesthetic and reconstructive surgery with a special emphasis in breast and body contouring.
