How long do my injectables actually last?

Botox typically three to four months, hyaluronic acid fillers six to eighteen months depending on the product and the site, and Sculptra roughly two years because what you are keeping is your own collagen rather than the product.

Sculptra or filler, which one do I want?

Sculptra for overall thinning, skin quality and a gradual change nobody can date. Hyaluronic acid filler for a specific shape you want now, lips, tear troughs, a defined jawline, and for anything you might want reversed.

Which laser suits my skin tone?

RF microneedling and microneedling with PRP are safe across all Fitzpatrick types because they create a mechanical or radiofrequency injury rather than targeting pigment. Ablative CO2 resurfacing is selected for lighter skin types; deeper tones are treated with RF microneedling and non-ablative options instead.

How soon before an event should I be treated?

Botox two weeks out so it has fully settled. Filler two to three weeks for swelling and any bruising to resolve. Fractional resurfacing at least three weeks. Fully ablative resurfacing is a three-month decision, not an event decision.

Can these be combined in one visit?

Yes, and it is usually the efficient way to do it, microneedling with PRP alongside neuromodulator, or filler at the same appointment as an IV infusion. What gets separated is anything where swelling would compromise the accuracy of the next placement.
