Skin & Injectables
Skin and injectable work with Suzanne A. Trott, M.D., F.A.C.S. is sequenced, not stacked. Neuromodulators soften motion, hyaluronic acid fillers restore volume, biostimulators like Sculptra build your own collagen over months, and lasers and microneedling rebuild the surface itself. Used in the right order, none of it announces itself.

Movement, volume, and surface
Botox addresses lines caused by muscle motion. Filler addresses hollowness caused by lost volume. Lasers, microneedling and peels address the quality of the skin itself. A line that is present at rest will not respond to a neuromodulator, matching the tool to the mechanism is why some patients feel their injectables never worked.
Biostimulators play the long game
Sculptra does not fill on the day of treatment; it recruits your own collagen over three to six months across a series. That makes it the better choice for global facial thinning and skin quality, and a poor choice for a defined lip or a sharp jawline where a hyaluronic acid filler belongs.
Your own blood and fat are injectables too
PRP and PRF concentrate your growth factors with no filler at all, useful under the eyes, in the scalp, and alongside microneedling. Nanofat goes further for undereye darkness and skin texture. There is nothing to dissolve and nothing foreign involved.
Resurfacing depth is the whole decision
Fractional CoolPeel CO2 treats a fraction of the surface with a weekend of downtime and can be repeated in a series. Fully ablative CO2 resurfacing treats the entire surface in one pass for a far larger correction and a real two-week recovery. Dr. Trott chooses depth based on how much correction you want and how much downtime you can actually take.
