This is a forty year-old San Francisco woman who had lost fullness of her breasts after childbearing and breastfeeding and desired to have the fullness of her breasts restored without an implant. She also wanted to have better proportion of what she considered her "pear-shaped" body. She had undergone previous liposuction of her inner thighs and wanted this corrected as well. The "after" pictures show her three months after liposuction of her abdomen, flanks, and bilateral inner and outer thighs and fat transfer of 250 cc to each breast. This brought her up to a full B cup and also the body contouring gave her a more proportionate, curvy shape.
