This is a thirty year-old woman who had full C cup breasts but wanted to be larger-breasted to be more in proportion to her body habitus, and with more upper pole fullness. She underwent bilateral breast augmentation with Allergan smooth round 371 cc silicone gel implants, placed under the muscle (dual plane) and through periareolar (around the nipple) incisions. The postoperative pictures are taken six weeks after the procedure and she went from a C to a DD cup
