This thirty-five year-old Playa Vista mother of two had sagging of her D cup breasts after childbearing and breastfeeding. On the right she is one year after bilateral breast lift with reduction with a Wise Pattern (anchor scar), excision of axillary breast tissue and augmentation with Mentor smooth round 300 cc silicone gel implants, and fat grafting to the upper poles of the breasts. She is now a full C cup and has much better contour on the sides of her chest wall where the axillary breast tissue used to stick out. Those incisions are healed and well-hidden.
