This is six weeks postop after a bilateral submuscular/dual plane/subpectoral smooth round moderate profile silicone 195 cc implant in a 42 year-old Los Angeles mother of two whose breasts got smaller after childbearing and breastfeeding. She was an A cup and postoperatively is a full B cup, which fits her body type. She is thin and athletic and did not want large implants, and she wanted them to look completely natural. The incisions are hidden in the creases underneath her breasts (inframammary incisions.)
