Bilateral reduction mammaplasty with a superomedial pedicle and a wise pattern incision on a 58 year-old Los Angeles woman. Approximately 300 grams removed from each side and one and a half liters (approximately three pounds) suctioned from her upper back. She now feels like they look like they did when she was 21. I am lasering her scars with the Cutera 532 wavelength laser for the redness as well. They can stay red for about six months to a year but the laser helps them fade faster.
