She underwent bilateral implant revision surgery with removal of McGhan (Allergan) smooth round moderate profile saline implants 330 cc filled to 360 cc, and replacement with Mentor smooth round high profile silicone gel implants and capsulorhaphy (internal lift.) She went from a C to a full D cup. The original implants were in the submuscular (dual plane) pocket and the replacement implants were placed in the same pocket.
