Case 71360

Before

After
In the front view you can see the starting point clearly. The breast mounds sat low on the chest wall with a narrow base, and the areolas turned slightly downward and outward. After breast augmentation and mastopexy, the same view shows fuller, rounder breasts that sit higher and more evenly on the chest.

Before

After
From the side, the shape change is the most telling. Tuberous breasts are conical, with tissue constricted at the base and very little fullness in the lower pole. After surgery the profile is smoother, and the breast projects gently from the chest wall instead of tapering to a point.

Before

After
The angled view brings the two together. The upper pole now carries fullness that was missing before, the lower pole reads softer and rounder, and the areola rests flat against the mound rather than pushed forward at its tip.
