Male Upper & Lower Blepharoplasty in His 60s
This patient in his 60s is shown after upper and lower blepharoplasty. The upper eyelids no longer hood the lid margin, and the upper eyelid crease is visible again. The lower eyelids show less puffiness beneath the lash line because the fat pockets have been conservatively reduced and repositioned. The eye shape itself has not been altered; the lateral canthal angle and the overall masculine contour of the orbit remain intact. What has changed is the tired, heavy quality that excess skin and under-eye fullness were creating. The eyes now appear more open and alert, and the transition from the lower eyelid to the cheek is smoother. The incisions are hidden in the natural upper eyelid crease and just below the lower lash line, where they become difficult to detect once healed. The result is that he looks like himself on a well-rested day, not like someone who has had surgery.

Deep Plane Facelift, Neck Lift & Eyelid Rejuvenation for a Patient in Her 70s
This patient in her 70s is shown after a deep plane facelift and neck lift combined with upper and lower blepharoplasty and lower-eyelid fat transposition. The jawline is more defined, with the mandibular border visible from the chin to the angle of the jaw, and the neck contour is smoother with less fullness beneath the chin. The upper eyelids have a cleaner crease with the excess hooding removed, and the lower eyelids show less hollowing because the fat has been repositioned into the tear trough rather than removed. The midface retains its volume, but the cheek tissue sits higher, softening the fold between the nose and mouth. Because the facelift was performed in the deep plane, the deeper tissues were lifted and the skin was redraped without tension. Expression is preserved across the brows, eyes, and mouth. The result is a more rested, structured version of the same face, with each feature in better proportion to the others.
