At 55 years old, this patient is shown six months after a deep plane lower facelift and neck lift combined with upper and lower blepharoplasties, fat transposition beneath the eyes, facial fat grafting, and fractionated CO2 resurfacing. Her results show a smoother, more sculpted jawline, softened heaviness through the lower face and neck, brighter under-eyes, and improved skin texture throughout the central face without looking overdone or surgically tight. Volume restoration through fat grafting helped recreate softer facial contours, while CO2 resurfacing refined fine lines and crepey skin around the eyes. She does still have visible submandibular glands on profile view, which she elected not to have reduced.
