This patient is shown six months after a deep plane lower facelift and neck lift combined with upper and lower blepharoplasties, fat transposition beneath the eyes, facial fat grafting, and fractionated CO2 resurfacing. The jawline is more sculpted, with the mandibular border visible from the chin to the angle of the jaw, and the heaviness through the lower face and neck has been lifted and repositioned. The lower eyelids look smoother because the fat has been transposed to fill the tear trough rather than removed, which preserves youthful volume. The upper eyelids have a cleaner crease and less hooding. Fat grafting restored volume to the cheeks and midface, supporting the overlying skin and softening the nasolabial fold without overfilling. CO2 resurfacing improved skin texture around the eyes and central face, reducing fine lines and crepey skin. Visible submandibular glands remain on profile view, which the patient elected not to reduce. Overall, the face looks rested, structured, and like herself.
