This nineteen year-old Encino woman wore a bilateral G cup bra and suffered from severe back, shoulder and neck pain from her developmental macromastia (large breasts.) Her breasts had been significantly disproportionate to her petite body habitus, as she was five feet tall and 100 pounds. She was away at school, but was able to have a bilateral breast reduction using a Wise Pattern McKissock bipedicle performed while she was in town over the winter holidays, and the the after photos were taken three months postoperatively while she was back here over Spring Break. She went from a G cup to a C cup.
