Deep Plane Facelift, Neck Lift, Buccal Fat Removal & Endoscopic Brow Lift Before and After | Early 40s Facial Rejuvenation
This patient in her early 40s is shown after a deep plane facelift and neck lift combined with an endoscopic brow lift and buccal fat removal. The lower cheek has been narrowed through buccal fat removal, which makes the jawline more prominent and creates a cleaner transition from the midface to the neck. The facelift was performed in the deep plane, so the jowl tissue was lifted and secured higher along the jaw rather than pulled sideways. This preserves the patient's natural facial width and avoids the over-lifted look. The neck shows improved definition, with the submental area flatter and the skin lying smoothly against the underlying muscle. The brow has been elevated slightly through endoscopic incisions, brightening the eyes without changing the patient's expression. From every angle, the face looks like the same person, only with the structural relationships restored to a more youthful, balanced position.
