Deep Plane Facelift, Neck Lift & Endoscopic Brow Lift for Facial Rejuvenation
This patient in her early 60s is shown after a deep plane facelift and neck lift combined with an endoscopic brow lift. The most visible change is along the lower face and neck: the preoperative heaviness below the jaw has been lifted and repositioned, creating a cleaner border between the chin, jawline, and upper neck. In profile, the mandibular border is now visible from the chin back to the angle of the jaw, and the cervicomental angle has deepened. The midface shows improved support with the cheek tissue resting higher over the cheekbone, which softens the fold running from the nose to the mouth without erasing it. The brow has been lifted through small endoscopic incisions, restoring a brighter upper face while keeping the brow arch in a feminine, natural position. The skin quality looks smoother because the deeper layers were repositioned first and the skin was redraped without tension. Front, oblique, and profile views all show the same patient, only with the structural relationships of the face restored to a more youthful configuration.

This patient in her early 40s is shown after a deep plane facelift and neck lift combined with an endoscopic brow lift and buccal fat removal. The lower face and neck show the clearest change: the jawline now traces a clean line from the chin to the angle of the mandible, and the small amount of preoperative jowl fullness has been lifted back into the midface. The neck is smoother, with better definition between the chin and the thyroid cartilage, and the skin redrapes evenly without visible tension. The midface retains its volume, but the cheek sits higher over the malar bone, softening the nasolabial fold and restoring a more youthful cheek contour. The brow lift was conservative, keeping the brow below the supraorbital rim in a natural feminine position while opening the upper eyelid show. Buccal fat removal refined the lower cheek and made the jawline more visible from the front. The overall effect is not a different face, but a face where the underlying architecture has been restored to an earlier, more defined state.

The midface shows improved support with the cheek resting higher over the cheekbone. The nasolabial fold is softer, but not eliminated, which keeps the result looking natural. The brow has been lifted conservatively, restoring upper eyelid show and a more open expression without over-elevating the brow. Because the deeper facial layers were released and repositioned, the skin redrapes without tension. The face looks like the patient, only with the underlying structures restored to a more youthful relationship.
