This patient is shown after an endoscopic brow lift combined with a deep plane facelift and neck lift. The most noticeable change is along the jawline and neck: the mandibular border is now visible as a continuous line, and the submental fullness has been reduced to create a cleaner neck contour. The midface shows improved support with the cheek resting higher over the cheekbone. The nasolabial fold is softer, but not eliminated, which keeps the result looking natural. The brow has been lifted conservatively, restoring upper eyelid show and a more open expression without over-elevating the brow. Because the deeper facial layers were released and repositioned, the skin redrapes without tension. The face looks like the patient, only with the underlying structures restored to a more youthful relationship.
