This patient is shown after an endoscopic brow lift combined with a deep plane facelift and neck lift, with facial fat transfer and fractional CO2 laser resurfacing of the face, neck, and décolletage. The most noticeable change is along the jawline and neck: the mandibular border is now visible as a continuous line, and the submental fullness has been reduced to create a cleaner neck contour.
