This patient in her early 60s is shown after a deep plane facelift and neck lift combined with an endoscopic brow lift. The most visible change is along the lower face and neck: the preoperative heaviness below the jaw has been lifted and repositioned, creating a cleaner border between the chin, jawline, and upper neck. In profile, the mandibular border is now visible from the chin back to the angle of the jaw, and the cervicomental angle has deepened. The midface shows improved support with the cheek tissue resting higher over the cheekbone, which softens the fold running from the nose to the mouth without erasing it. The brow has been lifted through small endoscopic incisions, restoring a brighter upper face while keeping the brow arch in a feminine, natural position. The skin quality looks smoother because the deeper layers were repositioned first and the skin was redraped without tension. Front, oblique, and profile views all show the same patient, only with the structural relationships of the face restored to a more youthful configuration.
