Fat Transfer

In one of our comfortable treatment rooms, local anesthesia will be applied to the area where the fat will be taken. Once you are ready, Dr. Trott will take a small amount of fat (about two tablespoons), which will be filtered and processed to separate the growth factors. Then, the viable cells can be given to you through an IV or injected directly into the needed area. Depending on whether the harvested cells are being used independently or with another cosmetic procedure, Dr. Trott will go over post-treatment care instructions. This will include activity restrictions and ways to keep yourself comfortable.
