Procedure Details

This is a twenty-eight year-old woman who wanted a very small breast augmentation. Since she had skin laxity (looseness) and breast ptosis (sagging), she would have needed a mastopexy (breast lift) for breast implants to look good, or they would have to be placed on top of the muscles. Since she only wanted to be a little bigger, and didn't want the lift scars, she opted for natural breast augmentation, and in the pictures on the right she is eight months after one procedure using fat from multiple sites including her arms, chest wall, back, flanks and inner and outer thighs, abdomen and knees. This also gave her a body contouring which she felt put her breasts and body in better proportion.
