Breast Implant Removal/Replace
This forty year old woman had breast implants smooth round high profile implants placed under the muscle seven years ago, and decided that now she no longer wanted to have implants and that they looked too big. They were 350 cc on the left and 300 cc on the right. She had a crescent lift at that first surgery as well. However initially her breasts had been tuberous and they were still saggy. Additionally, she had developed a "Snoopy Deformity" or "Waterfall Deformity" where the nipple was not at the most projecting part of the breast. In the pictures on the right she is two months after bilateral removal of breast implants and a mastopexy. She currently wears a B cup and is happy that her breasts look more youthful and she can go without a bra.
