This thirty-nine year-old Los Angeles woman had had Allergan style 410 textured teardrop-shaped form stable implants placed twelve years ago. Since then she had had one pregnancy and breastfed, and she then developed a "snoopy deformity" where the nipple is no longer sitting at the most projecting part of the breast. In the pictures on the right she is three months s/p removal of Allergan 410 textured cohesive gel 235 cc implants, partial capsulectomies, and replacement with Mentor smooth round moderate profile plus extra-fill implants, 325 cc. She remained a C cup, just more full. This procedure was performed through a periareolar (around the nipple) incision.
