Animation Deformity

Here I am fixing an animation deformity in a patient and doing a fat transfer to the breasts. Breast animation deformity is a condition in which the shape of the augmented or reconstructed breast changes or is distorted during contraction of the pectoralis major muscle. While it would be ideal to do another fat transfer on this patient in a few months when there is more breast tissue, we are very happy with her results!
