Buccal Fat Removal and Neck Liposuction Done in the Office

We are going to accentuate Carla's jawline with some submental liposuction, submandibular liposuction, and buccal fat removal. She doesn't have a lot of fat here, but if you just put the cannula in, it can actually cause the skin to shrink up here like that. It won't happen in an older person, but she's young, she has good skin, so it will work for her.
